  • Acquire the land for the Project
  • Develop and build the project
  • Contract with Buyers to build their home and sell it to them
  • Borrow money to finance the construction
  • Contract with the Architects & Engineers
    to design the Project
  • Contract with the General Contractor to
    build the Project
  • Manage overall development and all activities of the Development Entity
  • Provide, at
    's cost, the people needed to develop the Project
  • Prior to the formation of the Development Entity, fund the appropriate pre-development costs which will be transferred to the Development Entity
  • Prepare and update the budgets for the Development Entity
  • Guaranty the bank financing
  • On behalf of the Development Entity, file all required legal documents with the appropriate agencies
  • Prepare Purchase & Sale Agreements on behalf of the Development Entity
  • Negotiate and execute all contracts on behalf of the Development Entity
